This tee is *supremely* awesome, and you won't even have to shell out $150 for it! And in case you've forgotten where this iconic font comes from, we're taking the luxury out of *Futura Bold Oblique* and popping it back to its anti-consumer birthplace. Barbara Kruger used her propaganda art to wake people up about the buy, buy, buy, me, me, me culture. She declared, "Your comfort is my silence," with the image of that ominous, white man shushing us in the background. The same goes for the silence of humans in the face of animal suffering. She prods us with, "If you don't control your mind, someone else will." Never so true as with the meat industry, sugar corporations and denial of global warming. We need to keep ourselves educated and informed! But if the subversive origins of this design don't compel you to purchase, then you can bask in the attention from passersby as they try to figure out if that's a *real* Supreme shirt you've got on. And while they crane their necks to check out your faux tee, Barbara Kruger will just laugh at the irony -- once again, her designs fed into the consumerism, strengthening her slogan, "I Shop, therefore I am." Yep, by wearing this shirt, you're wearing layer upon layer of irony. So much power and history in that one, bold word: "Vegan." Grab and tee and share that vision.
